We’re coming up to the end of October already (where has this year gone? Seriously?) and so I thought I would share a few of my October favourite things that I have loved. I think its really nice to sit and have a think about all of the things that have made me happy over the month and who knows, these could be some of the things that other people have loved too. So here it is:
Plant from Next Home – £16
This sweet little succulent caught my eye the second I passed it when browsing in Next Home and it looks so lovely sat on my fire place. It makes me happy every time I look at it. Crazy plant lady in the making me thinks!
Sledging In The Snow Puzzle from WHSmith – £14.99
So, I’ve said that the puzzle is £14.99 from WHSmith by I actually paid £2 for it at a charity shop. I NEVER pay full price for a puzzle because they are so expensive and I get through quite a few, I’m a self-confessed puzzle addict, so I’ll pick up three or four a time from a charity shop, complete them, and then donate them back to the shop and pick up some more while I’m there. Everyones a winner!
Panda mug from New Look – £5.99
Is this not one of the cutest mugs you have ever seen? I mean… look at it!
Sand + Fog White Pumpkin candle from TK Max
So I can’t tell you the price of this candle because it was a house-warming present from my brother Daniel and his girlfriend Lily so I don’t know it, but what I do know is that it smells heavenly! It is such an autumn smelling candle so perfect for this time of year and the second it has run out I will be replacing immediately (as you can see, its half used up already because I light it almost every day). Its a really good size too being a three wick candle. I love it.
Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation from House of Fraser – £33.50
I’ve written a blog review on this product previously but I couldn’t not include this in my ‘What I’ve Loved’ post, its the best foundation I have ever used and lasts a long time because you don’t need to use much product for full coverage. Amazing!
Plant from Dunelm
Again, I don’t know the price of this because it was another house-warming present from my brother in law Joshua, but I do know its from Dunelm. I think this plant is gorgeous and it looks so good in my hallway, it makes the space have a real sense on calm about it.
Bedding from George Asda – £12
This bedding makes me so happy. I’m not entirely sure why, but it just does. Also, yes I know its Christmas bedding but I’m trying to pass it off as ‘all year round bedding’ and claim that the trees are just plain old everyday trees… Do you believe me yet? Have I got away with it?
